Use cases

Six workflows. One person always in the loop.

The workflows teams set up first. Each covers a moment where intelligence has to turn into a decision, and each ends with a person approving the next step.

Workflow 01

AI perception check

Define the questions that matter about your organisation and its competitors. Eidoscore puts them to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Mistral on every scheduled run and shows visibility, position, perception and citations as ranges, with the gaps worth closing.

  • Questions set
  • Visibility scored
  • Source gaps surfaced
  • Actions drafted

Workflow 02

Telegram misinformation detection

Public Telegram channels are collected and each item is classified in its original language with a translation. Claims that look false or misleading are flagged with their evidence and held for a reviewer, with the highest-risk items first.

  • Channels monitored
  • Claim flagged
  • Evidence linked
  • Reviewer decides

Workflow 03

Reddit narrative monitoring

Add the communities and topics you care about. Related posts are grouped into narratives with severity and momentum, and the spread timeline shows where a story started, when it crossed platforms and whether an AI engine has picked it up.

  • Communities added
  • Stance classified
  • Narratives grouped
  • Reviewer notified

Workflow 04

Competitor comparison

Define a comparison set. Eidoscore shows your share of AI answers and your position when named against it, for the same questions, with the range behind every figure and the sources each engine relied on.

  • Set defined
  • Share compared
  • Sources weighed
  • Brief exported

Workflow 05

Source gap action

Where the engines cite a competitor, an outdated page or nothing at all, Eidoscore records the gap as missing, outdated or weak and recommends the fix: update a page, publish an explainer or correct a source the engines already trust.

  • Citations recorded
  • Gaps identified
  • Fix recommended
  • Owner assigned
Sources and citation gaps
Three citation gaps: the organisation is missing from cancer care and video consultation answers, and maternity answers rely on a 2024 article
Workflow 06

Approved response publishing

A response is drafted with its reasoning. A named person edits and approves it in Eidoscore, publishes it through your own channels and marks it published. The decision is written to an audit log that cannot be edited or deleted.

  • Draft generated
  • Reviewer approves
  • Marked published
  • Audit logged
